Giving Programs

 

If you live in Wisconsin and shop at Pick 'n Save Food Stores, you can designate Mount Calvary Evangelical Lutheran School as your charity for the "We Care" program. Tell your friends too! Every time you use your Advantage Plus card, Pick 'n Save donates a percentage of your receipt to a fund that benefits Mount Calvary.

Please note that there are many Mount Calvary schools or churches in Wisconsin. To designate our Mount Calvary, use the charity code number 521000 on the Roundy's Pick 'n Save "We Care" registration form. Thank you for your support.

Mount Calvary Evangelical Lutheran Church is registered as a charitable partner with Mid America Bank in its Community Banking Program. What this means is for existing customers, Mid America will match the interest earnings on your accounts and make a year-end donation to the School. The bank will make an immediate $25 gift to the school for each new checking account opened.

Existing customers should call the Lisbon Avenue location at (414)-486-7450 and say they want to register as a partner in Community Banking for Mount Calvary Evangelical Lutheran Church (TIN #9131). New customers need to open their accounts at any location and provide the same information. See ushers for more information or look for the Mid America tabletop flyer in the narthex.

Target donates 1% of purchases made with the Target REDcard or Visa Card to the charity of your choice.  Called the "Take Charge in Education" program, 43 card holders designated Mount Calvary as their charity in 2007, resulting in nearly $1,500 for our school.  Anyone can sign up for the program by visiting Target.com/tcoe, calling 800-316-6142 or going to an in-store kisok.

Thrivent Financial, Thrivent Asset Management or Thrivent Life Insurance Company will match $1 for every $2 donated by Thrivent members to Mount Calvary Lutheran School up to $600 per member per calendar year.  This has resulted in many thousands of dollars for our school.  You need to complete the GivingPlus form and mail it in with your check to the school (gifts to churches are not accepted).  Click Here to obtain the GivingPlus form.  You can type in Mount Calvary Lutheran School as the organization name and 504744072 for our Organization ID.

Mount Calvary is registered as a charitable organization on Ebay, and thus qualified to receive a refund of most fees when listing items for auction. 100% of the listing price goes to Mount Calvary, and Ebay refunds all listing and final value fees.
