Which way should I go? Daily life requires us to make hundreds of decisions each day. Some of the choices are small while others can be significant and life changing. Sometimes the daily pressures of life can cause us to feel as though we are trapped in a maze. We make wrong choices and find ourselves at what feels like a dead end. We try to solve problems ourselves instead of asking for God’s help. We end up lost and confused. God does not leave us lost and alone. When we look to God’s Word, we find these words, “Show me Your ways, O Lord, and teach me Your paths” (Ps. 25:4). God knows the best way for us to follow, and He helps us find the end of the maze. Jesus has already traveled the path of life in this world. He knows the way and He is beside us when we become tired, frustrated, or overwhelmed. Since Jesus has already overcome the enemies and obstacles that block our path, we trust in Him to lead and guide us all the way to our home with Him in heaven.

OPEN HOUSE, TONIGHT!
Please take a few moment to stop by Mt. Calvary between 3-7:30pm TONIGHT! Our Open House is designed for both current and prospective families.
Current Families: 1) See special projects happening in your child’s classroom, 2) Pick up enrollment applications and/or re-enroll, 3) Bring others who may be interested in enrolling at Mt. Calvary.
Prospective Families: 1) Meet teachers and students, 2) Tour the school facility, 3) Receive enrollment information
All families who attend (and sign in) will be entered into a drawing for a variety of prizes including an art kit, Gospel music pack, snow boogie board, and a Nintendo DS. Plan to join us and bring a friend!

RE-ENROLLMENT HAS BEGUN
Enrollment for the 10-11 school year is now in process. Open Enrollment periods run the 1st - 20th of every month. It is very important for all our current families to enroll and secure a seat for next school year.  New procedures are in place for the enrollment process this year. Please note: The new procedure requires that all parents come to the school office, meet with Ms. Neuwirth, and provide all required documents (income verification, birth certificates for 4K-1st) in order to complete the registration process.  You are encouraged to gather the needed information, and register early in order to secure your child’s seat for next school year!

FAMILY PROJECT FOR BLACK HISTORY MONTH!
Mt. Calvary’s theme for Black History Month is, “Celebrating Life, Freedom, & Diversity!”   Today’s Family Folder contains a project to be completed at home as a family. You are encouraged to work together as a family to creatively show how you “Celebrate Life, Freedom, & Diversity.” Use pictures, magazine clippings, markers, and anything else you find around the house to complete the poster. The completed projects should be returned to school by February 19th! All completed posters will help decorate the church for the Black History Program.

CALENDAR REMINDER
Be reminded that there is NO SCHOOL next Friday, February 12th for Winter Break. Classes will resume on Monday, Feb. 15th

SAVE MCDONALD’S RECEIPTS
